What's involved

The program has four phases. The structure is consistent across every engagement. What varies is what we find when we listen to your organisation.

Listen

Before anything is designed or delivered, we find out what’s actually happening. Conversations with your leadership team, a pulse survey across the organisation, and a clear picture of where communication is working and where it isn’t. The right program cannot be built without this step.

Name it

A plain-language debrief with your leadership team. What’s happening, why it’s happening, and what it’s costing. No jargon, no lengthy report. A shared picture and shared language for what needs to change.

Build it

The program work, delivered across the remaining weeks. Workshops and team sessions scoped to what surfaced in the listening phase. The focus areas vary by organisation but consistently cover how decisions get made and communicated, how capacity and expectations are named across the team, and how leaders communicate in ways that reduce rather than concentrate the load.

Hold it

A closing phase designed to make the changes stick. Leadership debrief, practical tools the team keeps using, and a clear picture of what to watch for as the organisation continues to grow.

Who this is for
