You're in a new chapter. The business needs to catch up.
You haven't lost your drive or your capability. The load has just
grown heavier than the system around you was built to hold.
Let's lighten your load.
A program for founders
You built something real. A business that works, a reputation that holds, a life that looks — from the outside — like you have it together.
And you do. But perhaps this resonates:
Something has shifted. You're more tired than the workload justifies. The decisions that used to come easily now take longer. You're holding more than you've told anyone (your team, your partner, your clients) because naming it out loud feels like admitting something you're not ready to admit. You keep waiting for a quieter month to sort it out. The quieter month doesn't come. You're not burning out because you're doing it wrong. You're burning out because you're running a business designed for a version of you that no longer exists.
You're not burning out because you're doing it wrong. You're burning out because you're running a business designed for a version of you that no longer exists.
Let's lighten your load
Lighter is a small group program that works through the three things keeping high-functioning founders like you stuck: your capacity, your communication, and the systems you’ve outgrown.
This is a different kind of leadership development. For the most important leader in your business — you.
Each week we meet live, online as a group. The sessions are structured but not rigid. There is space to think, to name what’s actually going on, and to build the skills and language to do something about it. The small group is intentional — six to ten women, all navigating a similar season, all doing the work alongside each other.
In eight weeks your load will be lighter, the conversations will be happening, and the business will be built around the woman running it today.
weeks 1-2
Capacity
An honest audit of what you're carrying — the visible and the invisible loads. We build a clear picture of where your capacity is going, what it's costing you, and what needs to change first.
weeks 3-5
Communication
The conversations you've been putting off. How to communicate capacity, boundaries, and needs — to your team, your clients, and the people at home. How to ask for what you need without over-explaining. How to have the difficult conversations that keep the load from concentrating back at the top.
